Nigeria’s female football sensation Asisat Oshoala  formerly playing for Arsenal football club female team who now plays for Chinese side Dalian Quanjian F.C. in the Chinese Women’s Super League has registered her intention to participate in the Lagos Women Run 2017.

Asisat Oshoala who made her intention known filled out her registration form for the run in Lagos on the 11th Oct, 2017 in the presence of the Coordinator of the Lagos Women Run in person of Ms Temitayo Popoola. Oshoala said she is delighted to be a part of the run as the campaign theme emphasis  against Domestic Violence and Gender Inequality in our society and it would be great to also lend a voice the campaigns against these vices especially as it affects women.
